Whether you’re a few months or several years behind, we’ll get your books back in order so you have accurate, reliable records going forward.

Do you handle sales tax filing? Yes. We manage sales tax filing on your behalf, ensuring your filings are accurate and submitted on time so you never have to worry about missed deadlines or compliance issues.

What is transaction posting and why does it matter? Transaction posting is the process of recording and categorizing every financial transaction — including bank and credit card activity — into your accounting system. As the owner of Meticulous Bookkeeping, I am a reliable, detail-driven certified bookkeeper for small businesses throughout the Colorado Springs beyond. My services are designed specifically for small business owners who want clarity, consistency, and personal attention.

With over five and a half years of hands-on bookkeeping experience – working directly under a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), I have supported multiple small businesses across a variety of industries, helping them stay organized, compliant, and confident in their financials.

While my business may be new, my experience is well-established. I hold an Associate Degree in Accounting from Pikes Peak State College and am a Certified Bookkeeper (CB) through the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB). In addition, I am also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, ensuring my clients benefit from up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard accounting software and best practices.

Being meticulous, honest, and approachable, and I take pride in building long-term relationships with my clients. When you work with me, you work directly with me – your books are never passed between departments or employees. While providing consistent service, clear communication, and my full attention, I take the time to understand your business so your financial records accurately reflect what’s really happening.
